Siinkaa - सिन्का
Siinkaa started for one simple reason: we couldn't find the exact taste we were looking for.
We spent a long time searching for the real, bold, and punchy flavors of Nepal the kind you find at a busy street corner in Kathmandu or a roadside stall in the Terai. We didn’t want "fancy" restaurant food with small portions and complicated names. We wanted the vibrant spices, the satisfying textures, and that unmistakable sting of timur on the tongue.
When we realized that authentic "kick" was missing here, we decided to bring it ourselves.

The Beauty of Simple
At Siinkaa, we keep it real. We aren’t here to "reinvent" Nepali food or do some modern "fusion" version. We’re a street food spot, plain and simple. Our menu is focused because we believe in doing the basics perfectly. No extra garnishes, no watering down the heat just the honest, addictive flavors we all grew up eating.

Why "Siinkaa"?
A siinkaa is just a humble wooden skewer. It’s what you use to grab your favorite snacks on the go. To us, it represents the link between where we are now and the roots we’re proud of. It’s the snap of a perfect bite and the comfort of spices that taste exactly like home.

Our Promise
We only serve the food we actually crave ourselves. No shortcuts, no compromises just the real, raw, and vibrant taste of Nepal, served simply.
